Ask yourself:

  • The shortest day and longest night.

  • A time for deep reflection, soul rest, and healing.

  • It’s your sacred pause—a moment to dream in the dark before the light returns.

Ask yourself:
🌙 What have I outgrown in the past 6 months?
🌙 Where have I felt grief, loss, or fatigue?
🌙 What parts of my soul want to be reborn now?

You’ll need:

  • Pen + paper

  • A safe candle or fireproof bowl

  • A quiet space

  • Optional: crystals, incense, calming music

Steps:

  1. Write it down – List everything you’re ready to let go of: grief, guilt, people, patterns, shame, even fears from past lives.

  2. Bless and release – Read it out loud. Thank it. Forgive yourself and the experience as without it you would not know who you are and that your ready for something new, identify the lessons you have learnt from it. You need to also release the bindings and karmic debt. A suggestion is once read out loud you can tear it up into small pieces and bury it in the ground, pot plant which is represented as the earth.

  3. Change the Old to What You Would Now Like to Create:

    “I release this old pattern, story, cycle and now replace with eg the joy and freedom of an infinite supply of money, job opportunites etc. I welcome my divine soul’s truth. I chose using the law of one to rise with the Solstice light.”

  4. Sit in silence for a moment and feel the shift. You may feel energy shifting or moving in your physical body.

📝 Write 1 word you’re letting go of & 1 word you’re calling in as a replacement positive word, emotion or thought
